Description:
Hall Hill Farm is situated in the beautiful countryside of North West Durham, England.
It is a mixed farm of 290 hectares, with over 1000 sheep on 140 ha. of  grassland. The crops are wheat, barley and oil seed rape, with 40 ha. of  woodland. The farm has been in the Gibson family for three generations, and is currently run by David.

In 1981 Jack and his daughter Ann Darlington first opened the farm to the public. From those early days, the number of visitors has grown steadily from 1,200 to nearly 70,000 today.   The farm is now recognised as a Quality Assured Visitor Attraction .

There is a wide range of friendly animals to meet face to face including fluffy chicks, baby lambs, pigs, donkeys, ponies and rabbits. Then there are the more unusual animals such as the llamas and Highland Cattle.
