Gosforth Pool

Gosforth Pool has recently added an Impulse Fitness Suite, which is a state of the art fitness suite that is bright and spacious with air conditioning, music, TV's and drinking water.

In the Swimming Pool there are a range of classes available including Aquafit, Women Only sessions, Life-saving classes and Octopush (underwater hockey).

You can also relax in the sauna suite with sessions for men, women, or families.
